A wide range of heavy civil projects have been completed including flood walls, navigational locks, concrete and earthfill dams, landfill reclamation, site development for large automotive industrial and power projects, tunnels, hydroelectric projects, sewer & water retention basins, foundations for turbine generators, resource recovery plants, underground industrial waste lines, cleanup of low level waste materials, levee construction and dam foundation preparation.

One of Lane's largest Heavy Civil Projects under construction is the $95 million subcontract to Turner Construction for the Automated People Mover System at Dulles International Airport in Virginia. Lane is performing all excavation and support of excavation as well as all structural concrete requirements.
